- Pro-actively spearhead the onboarding process of auto claims and act as a liaison by making outgoing calls and emails to ensure faster cycle times.
- Monitor, call and email regarding pending claims in the system.
- Escalate potential and urgent cases to higher department for proper handling.
- Help make recommendations on services and work processes for constant improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Must have 2 to 3 years work experience in customer service; handling a US account.
- Preferably with Bachelor’s degree; must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
- Background in auto claims or other types of insurance is a huge plus.
- Willing to work on night shifts.
